Cafe Sopa


1 large soup bowl
1 pot STRONG coffee
1 can evaporated milk (or fresh equivalent)
1 large chunk Dutch oven sour dough bread

There are two schools of thought in preparing this soup.  Some purists break the bread into the bowl, and add the other ingredients.  Others mix the coffee et al, then add the bread.
