Basque Salad


½ head iceberg lettuce
3 thin slices red onion cut in half and sectioned
½ can whole black olives
1&1/2 roma tomatoes cut into wedges


3 Tbs oil
3 Tbs vinegar
½ tsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp minced garlic
several dashes of seasonal
couple shakes of Worcestershire sauce
